mg/day of standardized ginkgo extract vs. placebo for 4 weeks.</p><p>They measured fatigue, depression, anxiety, cognitive function, physical and social stuff.</p><p>At first, both groups improved&#8212;no big difference.</p><p>But after ditching the few &#8220;negative responders&#8221; (who got worse on ginkgo), the ginkgo group showed real gains in cognitive, physical, and social function. Fatigue? They claimed it, but numbers were meh.</p><p>Bottom line: Promising for many MS folks, especially brain fog and daily function. Needs bigger studies. As a chiro who&#8217;s seen natural stuff help, I&#8217;d say it&#8217;s worth discussing with your doc if you&#8217;re dealing with MS.</p><p><a your body and turn the toes pointing out away from the body. If this maneuver makes the pain better, then your sciatic nerve is being squeezed as it passes through the piriformis muscle.</p><p>By performing this maneuver, you are forcing the piriformis muscle to relax somewhat,easing pressure on the sciatic nerve.</p><p>Of course, you should probably consult a chiropractor anyway regarding this problem. nest. I commented in a public discussion group about childhood vaccination. A mother wrote asking for advice (&#8221;is my kid in danger if she sits next to a non-vaccinated child?&#8221;) and about 20 MDs (or med heads) wrote with the usual party line pseudo-scientific mumbo-jumbo foolishness. Not an IQ over their hat size in the bunch.</p><p>I felt compelled to answer (below). Let me know what you think of it.</p><p>There is scientific controversy as to whether vaccines provide any benefit at all. The current medical school of thought believes that the injection of vaccine ingredients makes children healthier by preventing disease symptoms from appearing.</p><p>However according to the classical hygienic school of health (which is based on experience rather than belief), the symptoms we associate with diseases are not the diseases - they are the mechanisms by which the body externalizes (gets rid of) toxins (or &#8220;disease&#8221;). As Hippocrates (The &#8220;Father of Medicine&#8221;) famously said, &#8220;We call them diseases but they are the cure of diseases.&#8221;</p><p>From that perspective vaccines do not prevent disease rather vaccines cause illness.</p><p>Childhood vaccination is an 18th century medical procedure that injects toxins such as bacteria, viri, and various drugs, and synthetic (unnatural) chemicals deep into a child&#8217;s body. This is a bizarre procedure that drives these substances so deep that the child is unable to eternalize the poisons (i.e. have symptoms). The child becomes sick on a very deep level and as a result is more likely to be weaker, less healthy and more prone to chronic (lifelong) diseases.</p><p>Research bears out the hygienic school&#8217;s approach to wellness; in every study ever done comparing vaccinated to non-vaccinated children, non-vaccinated children are healthier than the vaccinated children or conversely the vaccinated children are sicker than the non-vaccinated children.</p><p>Children who are permitted to get sick naturally with &#8220;childhood diseases&#8221; as nature intended, and experiences the symptoms of acute illness (that are dramatic, uncomfortable, annoying but almost always temporary when properly managed) that include fever, vomiting, skin eruptions, diarrhea etc. have less cancer, heart disease and chronic illness as children and as adults.</p><p>Why? Because acute disease detoxifies and cleanses the body. Since ancient times, physical, intellectual and emotional growth spurts have been noticed to occur after a child goes through an acute illness.</p><p>In our &#8220;scientific&#8221; arrogance we have forgotten to respect the wisdom of the body, God-given wisdom, nature, the innate (inborn) intelligence of the body or whatever term you wish to use. Our incredibly sophisticated body has a reason for generating symptoms, especially in children and we must respect the natural cycles of life and work with them, knowing they are there for a reason far beyond our limited scientific, intellectual understanding.</p><p>Simply stated, the choice is clear, to have healthier children, do not vaccinate them.</p><p>Vaccines make our children seriously sick - for example, the US government has paid over $3 billion to compensate the families of children who were killed or left seriously damaged after routine vaccination. This number reflects only a fraction (only 1% or 2% or less according to some studies) of the damage that occurs because pediatricians rarely report vaccine injuries.</p><p>If you can prove the vaccine killed your child you will be compensated $250,000.</p><p>Serious damage from vaccination is acknowledged. Just read the pharmaceutical product insert that come with vaccines, and not generally given to parents and you&#8217;ll see some pretty nasty things observed after vaccination including encephalitis (inflammation of the brain), all kinds of immunological and neurological conditions, plus death (crib death/SIDS). Let us not forget conditions as varied as allergies and autism - which were barely or non-existent before vaccination.</p><p>Do the theoretical benefits of vaccination outweigh the real risks? Absolutely not. Death from diseases of childhood were at least 98% gone before vaccines were in mass usage because of improved living conditions.</p><p>Vaccines never prevented death from childhood or other illness and that includes the darlings of vaccination proponents - polio and smallpox. Look behind the curtain and you&#8217;ll discover the vaccines had no effect on eliminating these diseases and in fact, increased their occurrence.</p><p>Do I recommend you vaccinate your children? Only if you want to risk autism, immune system damage, a chronically sick child, mental/brain disorders and increased chances of heart disease and cancer as an adult - and receive no benefit. In one word - don&#8217;t! There are no benefits - only risk.</p><p>I must repeat that studies comparing non-vaccinated to vaccinated children reveal the vaccinated to be far sicker with various neurological and immunological (as well as psychological) illnesses than the non-vaccinated. Put another way, non-vaccinated children are healthier than vaccinated children. Why expose your child to such a dangerous procedure? sleep?&#8221; to which I always answer: &#8220;Well, what position do you sleep in?&#8221; The reason for this reply is that just be modifying a couple of things here and there, you can get a restful and comfortable night&#8217;s rest no matter what position you actually sleep in.</p><p><strong>Back Sleepers</strong></p><p>Yes, this is actually the preferred position to sleep because it places the least amount of stress to your spine-<strong>IF</strong> you:</p><blockquote><p>Place a cervical roll or rolled-up towel under your neck. Make sure that your head is in a neutral position (that you are neither looking up or down). If you find that you cannot be &#8220;in neutral&#8221; then you need a smaller roll.</p><p>Place a pillow under your knees-This takes stress off of your lower back. You could buy a special pillow for this, but a regular pillow works just fine.</p></blockquote><p><strong>Side Sleepers</strong> -If you sleep on your side, then follow these tips to minimize the amount of stress to your spine.</p><p>Use a cervical pillow-Ideally, the pillow should take into account how wide your shoulders are-the wider your shoulders, the taller the pillow should be. This is because you want to keep your neck in a neutral position.Place a pillow between your knees. Not only will this feel more comfortable, if you have hip joint pain-this definitely helps.Try not to sleep on your side with your arm up over your head-this causes stress on the nerves that come out of the neck and into the arms and cause tingling or numbness down the arms.</p><p><strong>Sleep on your Belly</strong>- This position places the most stress on your neck. In this position you have your head turned to one side or the other for hours at a time. This is quite stressful to your neck muscles and joints.</p><p>Your body will try to shift your position to compensate. This is why people who toss and turn the most are belly sleepers.</p><p>To sleep more comfortably(belly sleepers):</p><blockquote><p>Place a pillow under your waist, and do not use a pillow for your head.</p></blockquote><p>Remember that there are other variables that will affect the quality of your sleep, like the condition and firmness of your mattress. If your mattress is too old it will sag and not provide enough support.</p><p>Avoid super-soft mattresses-they may feel comfortable at the beginning, but in the mornings, the lack of support will make you feel sore. Your mattress should be firm, but not hard to provide the adequate support.</p><p>As with anything, if any of these recommendations cause you increased pain, consult your chiropractor-there may be Sometimes I get an instant &#8220;dislike&#8221; to someone upon meeting, even though they have never done or said anything bad to me. The older I get, the more I will usually go with my gut instincts and not engage the person any deeper if possible.</p><p>One of the reasons that was brought up is that people who are not congruent with their words, thoughts, and actions are usually the ones that &#8220;turn me off&#8221;</p><p>You know these people, too. They are the ones with all the advice-yet their lives are in shambles, the &#8220;preachy&#8221; ones that have their closets full of skeletons.</p><p>I&#8217;ve been accused of &#8220;not having a filter&#8221; or &#8220;being too transparent&#8221; at times&#8230; but not usually about my stance on things. Sound crazy? It really happened! The therapist was Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len and instead of the typical process of reviewing each patients&#8217; files, and then meeting with them in person, Dr Len focused on healing them by healing himself.</p><p>Sound like a miracle? It was, but one performed with conscious effort using the right tools. Dr Len used Ho&#8217;oponopono, what he calls Self IDentity Through Ho&#8217;oponopono (SITH).</p><p>I have been following his lectures for some time and started practicing Ho&#8217;oponopono immediately. I am now a certified Ho&#8217;oponopono practitioner. I can guarantee the results are nothing short of miraculous. Maybe you need a miracle, or just a way to become more effective as a healing practitioner?</p><p>You might be thinking; how can this possibly work? What does healing yourself have to do with healing anyone? The &#8220;New Age&#8221; ideas of creating your own reality, take on a whole new level of responsibility with Ho&#8217;oponopono. If you do subscribe to the belief that you do create your own reality then it is no secret that there is no such thing as &#8220;out there&#8221; &#8211; everything happening to you right now in every moment is happening in your own mind. Everything you see, everything you hear, every person you meet, is not &#8220;out there&#8221; its happening in our own mind and shaded with all of our perceptions, fears, beliefs about that experience.</p><p>Unfortunately, because of how the mind is designed, we want to think what is happening is outside of us. This takes away any responsibility for what is happening. In reality, it&#8217;s quite the opposite: we are responsible for everything we think, and everything that comes to our attention. If we watch the news, everything we hear is actually our responsibility. That might be a little difficult to accept at first, but the good news is that we are now able to clear it, clean it, and through forgiveness change what is happening in our reality.</p><p>The good news is that you can do this process yourself, without anyone to help you. All you have to do is &#8220;say&#8221; the words in your head. The power is in the feeling and in the natural order of how our &#8220;universe&#8221; is designed.</p><p>Let&#8217;s face it, our lives unfold base on how we think. The good news is that if we think the right thoughts then life unfolds accordingly. The bad news is that if we think the wrong thoughts then life unfolds accordingly. Controlling our thoughts is one of the most difficult things we can do, because the mind, left to its own devices is like a drunken monkey sometimes, randomly jumping from one thought to the next. One thought makes us happy, another makes us sad, another thought starts us worrying about something that only &#8220;might happen&#8221;. It is pretty crazy sometimes. Do you know what your next thought is going to be? Not usually, it just shows up.</p><p>The good news is that whenever you are having difficult thoughts that are non-productive and stressing you out, it is time to take control of your thoughts and focus on happier thoughts. The practice of Ho&#8217;oponopono will do just that and the good news is that you can do it in just four easy steps.</p><p><strong>Step 1: Repentance &#8211; JUST SAY: I&#8217;M SORRY</strong></p><p>The first step is to realize that you are responsible for&nbsp;everything&nbsp;in your mind, even if it seems to be &#8220;outside&#8221; of you. Once you accept that, it&#8217;s very natural to feel sorry. When I read about all the heartache and destruction in the world and take responsible for becoming aware of that reality in my consciousness, I am very sorry. This realization can be difficult to accept, and our ego will definitely resist this level of responsibility, but once you start to practice this method and see results it is nothing short of miraculous. A great exercise is to choose something that you already know you&#8217;ve caused for yourself? Over-weight? Addicted to nicotine, alcohol or some other substance? Do you have anger or self esteem issues? Health problems? Start there and say you&#8217;re sorry. Just say I&#8217;M SORRY. That&#8217;s it! It is even more powerful to say it more clearly: &#8220;I realize that I am responsible for this (issue) in my life and I feel remorse that my consciousness has allowed this.&#8221;</p><p><strong>Step 2: Ask Forgiveness &#8211; SAY: PLEASE FORGIVE ME</strong></p><p>Don&#8217;t worry about who you&#8217;re asking. Just ask! PLEASE FORGIVE ME. Say it over and over. Mean it. Remember your remorse from step 1 as you ask to be forgiven.</p><p><strong>Step 3: Gratitude &#8211; SAY: THANK YOU</strong></p><p>Say &#8220;THANK YOU&#8221; &#8211; again it doesn&#8217;t really matter who or what you&#8217;re thanking. Thank your body for all it does for you. Thank yourself for being the best you can be. Thank God. Thank the Universe. Thank whatever it was that just forgave you. Just keep saying THANK YOU.</p><p><strong>Step 4: Love &#8211; SAY: I LOVE YOU</strong></p><p>This can also be step 1. Say I LOVE YOU. Say it to your body, say it to God, say it to the universe. Say I LOVE YOU to the air you breathe, to the house that shelters you. Say I LOVE YOU to your challenges. Say it over and over. Just say I LOVE YOU and mean it. There is nothing as powerful as Love.</p><p><em>That&#8217;s it. The whole practice in a nutshell. Stop worrying</h2><p>The popular idea that a worrier is a thoughtful and conscientious citizen is false. The Egyptians realized this when they included worry among the cardinal sins. Do not confuse thoughtfulness and worry. The thoughtful person plans solutions, but the worrier merely dissolves in his own doubt. If you think straight, you will have less cause for worrying. The worrier not only suffers the same disaster many times, but undermines his health and annoys all others with whom he comes into contact. There are many things in this world that require thoughtful consideration, but there is really nothing to fear but fear.</p><h2>2. Stop trying to dominate and posses your friends and relatives</h2><p>Each of us likes to feel that he is running his own life. The moment we recognize the rights of others to seek life, liberty, and happiness according to their own dreams, hopes, and</p><p>aspirations, we begin to conserve our own resources. It is very debilitating to give advice which is ignored or rejected, and equally disappointing to attempt to posses and dominate persons who immediately resent and combat our dictatorial tendencies. We are hurt when they do not see things our way. If we save advice for ourselves and those who seek it from us, and who are therefore grateful, all concerned will be the better.</p><h2>3. Moderate ambition</h2><p>There is a tendency to overlook natural and simple blessings while we plunge on toward distant goals. Each individual has certain capacities. If he can recognize his own abilities and work with them, he can attain personal security. If, however, he is constantly seeking that which is not reasonably attainable, he can never know happiness or contentment. The wise man observes the disastrous results of uncontrollable ambitions, and chooses moderation. It is not necessary to be famous in order to be happy, nor must one be the leading citizen in the community in order to gratify ones social instinct. The ambitious usually pay too much for what they get, and are the more miserable after they get it.</p><h2>4. Do not accumulate more than you need</h2><p>There is no real distinction in being the richest man in the graveyard. Many earnest citizens act as though there were pockets in shrouds. We are supposed to have outgrown the primitive belief that we should bury a mans goods with him so that his spirit might enjoy them in the afterworld. Here, again, the middle course is the wisest. Let us reserve some of our energy for enjoyment, and not give all of ourselves to the task of accumulation. Many a man who has made a million has not lived to spend it. A rich life can be more practical than a monumental bank account.</p><h2>5. Learn to relax</h2><p>Great tension is an abomination. The more tense we become, the more stupidly we are likely to act, and, according to the old Buddhists, stupidity is a cardinal sin. Today, many so-called efficient people are perpetually on the verge of a nervous breakdown. This is not so likely to be due to overwork as to unreasonable driving impulses from within themselves. Some say that they are overtaxing their resources to keep their jobs or to maintain extravagant families.</p><p>Whether you believe it or not, you are a better producer and a better provider if you do not</p><p>collapse from psychic exhaustion at some critical moment when you are most in need of good health. If your associates do not realize this, they may be in need of practical counsel.</p><h2>6. Cultivate a sense of humor</h2><p>As never before, we must brighten and lighten the corners where we are. The more seriously</p><p>we take ourselves and our responsibilities, the duller we become. It is a saving grace to realize that, although living is a serious matter, we can take it too seriously. Humor is a spice to living. It adds flavor to work, zest to play, charm to self-improvement, and proves to others that we have a security within ourselves. A sincere, happy laugh, like the joyous rippling of childrens laughter, relieves tension and restores good nature. Incidentally, it makes friends and inspires confidence.</p><h2>7. Find a reason for your own existence</h2><p>Unless you believe in something bigger than yourself, have some purpose more vital than</p><p>accumulation or advancement in business or society, you are only existing, not living. A simple pattern is to realize that the laws of Nature that put you here seem to be primarily concerned with growth. You are a success to the degree that you grow, and you grow to the degree that you become a wiser, more useful, and more secure person. In other words, we live to learn, and by this very process, we learn to live. Broaden your horizon, develop an interest in all that is fine, beautiful, and purposeful. Great internal good comes from the love for music, art, great literature, broad philosophy, and simple faith. Strengthen the inside of your nature, and the outside will be better.</p><h2>8. Never intentionally harm another person</h2><p>Never by word or deed return evil for good, or evil for evil. Weed negative and destructive</p><p>thoughts and emotions out of your personality, or they will ultimately contribute to your</p><p>misery. As we look around us, we see the tragic results of individuals and nations that harbor</p><p>grudges or nurse the instincts for revenge. The harmless life saves those who live it from man</p><p>of the mortal shocks that flesh is heir to. Our critical attitudes and our long memories of evils that others have caused only reduce our present efficiency and endanger health and vitality. Even the selfish man realizes that he cannot afford to keep a grudge, and the unselfish simply will not permit grudges to accumulate because they know better and they believe better.</p><h2>9. Beware of anger</h2><p>When ill-temper controls us, we are no longer able to control ourselves. In a moment of anger, we may create a situation which will require years to remedy. Why should we spend our time trying to recover from our own mistakes? If we disapprove, let us state our case simply and quietly, and remember that we should never try to correct another when we have already committed a fault as great as his. A quick temper is a serious handicap in business or in the home. It is useless to say that we cannot control anger. This is as much as to admit that we have lost the power to control ourselves. If we resent the unkindness of others and the collective irritability of this generation, let us make sure that we are not one of the irritating factors.</p><h2>10. Never blame others for our own mistakes</h2><p>It is hardly necessary. Each of us seems to have an incredible capacity to do things badly and select unwisely. Actually, we are in trouble because we have not made constructive use of the power and abilities which we received as a birthright. Others can hurt us only while our inner life is too weak to sustain in the presence of trial or test. Instead of resenting misfortunes, and seeking to excuse our own limitations, we must face the facts. Either we are stronger than the problem and can solve it intelligently, or the problem is stronger than we are, and the only solution is to increase our own strength. So how should we react when people hurt us?</p><p>It's not your job to get revenge and try to make sure they get hurt back. All you're doing is continuing to hurt yourself. You have given up your freedom if you react in anger and seek revenge. The universe will hold them accountable and provide them a consequence. So let it go.</p><p>Hurt people hurt people. Don't take it personally. Look for the gift within the pain. They have been sent to you to encourage your soul to evolve so you can become a better version of yourself.</p><p>Bless them and love them, but if they are hurting you and are a toxic to you, you may still have to set boundaries and disconnect the relationship, or get the police involved. Letting it go doesn't mean you ignore your due diligence to resolve the problem. Newsom&#8217;s office, who would sign the bill later that day. Earlier, 5 protestors were arrested for exercising their First Amendment right of peaceful protest &#8212; a painful irony, considering that the removal of religious exemptions also violates the First Amendment rights, which is why they were protesting in the first place.</p><p>In the astoundingly powerful and uplifting speech by RFK Jr. below, one senses the historical importance of what just transpired. And that the fall of California into medical fascism also marks the beginning of a new, broad-based civil rights movement, including all sexes, races, walks of life, religions, and socioeconomic classes &#8212; as it concerns the primary, inviolable human right of bodily self-sovereignty and health freedom, and a parent&#8217;s right to make informed health choices for their children, which can have life and death consequences.</p><p>The fight for liberty and health freedom in California is far from over. There will legal challenges, said RFK. Jr., all the way up to the Supreme Court if necessary. In fact, this incident brings to the forefront a deep, dark problem in the United States that has been festering for decades: the rise of the Pharmaceutical industry&#8217;s influence on the government to mandate products that the free market would otherwise reject, due to the profound liability these products have (now underwritten completely by the government via their indemnification through the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act (NCVIA) of 1986). Now, over three decades since the inception of NVICA, that same industry is starting to use the police powers of the state to enforce these mandates.</p><p>California is a testing ground for the rest of the country. How much will the American people consent to forced medical interventions and related coercion necessary to push through a national and global agenda of universal compliance with an ever-expanding vaccination schedule?
