When I was involved in Scientology, I did what was called the “Purification Rundown” - this is what this guy (Alex Azoury) is talking about in this video.
I personally had great success with this. My skin improved, I felt amazing, and I got to see some very cool stuff in that sauna as other people were detoxing.
